Sherborn Yacht Club sets sail for another summer on Farm Pond

The Sherborn Yacht Club has opened its docks for the 2026 summer season, welcoming members back to 124 aquatic acres of fun on Farm Pond. Established in 1962, the club offers membership use of a diverse fleet including paddle boards, RS Quest and RS Zest sailboats, O’Pen Skiffs, Prams, kayaks, rowboats, and windsurfing equipment.

The club provides instructional sailing programs and activities for all ages, interests, and skill levels, with an emphasis on ecology education. The 2026 season began with limited hours on June 13 and 14, with full summer hours starting June 18. The club is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Labor Day, September 7.

Sailing school began June 22, with classes for first grade and up, plus private and semi-private lessons available for all ages. Members receive discounts on sailing school and lessons, and can join in special events throughout the year including the Junior Regatta, Ricotta Regatta, and ecology education programs.
